I started this because I'm doing it too

I've been a registered nurse since 2009, in care management, in home health, and caring for older adults in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Across all of it, I've seen the same things wear on families: not knowing whether a parent is truly okay day to day, a pile of medications no one has fully sorted out, doctors who don't talk to each other, and a hospital discharge that leaves everyone unsure about what happens next.

I'm also a caregiver for my own father. Being that person for him is what motivated me to build this. I knew I couldn't be the only one, and that plenty of families carrying the same thing could use a nurse to lean on. I know what it is to be the one holding it together, and I know how much falls on whoever is doing it from a distance, or squeezing it around a full life of their own.

I take on a small number of families on purpose. Every visit, every call, and every hospital conversation is me. That's the whole point.
